Project Description:

Eagle Creek Modular is very proud to be the supplier for the new early childhood education and care center located in Cripple Creek. A custom built and designed L-shaped center was built utilizing two 18'x56' prefabricated modular sections. Built with heavy duty 2x10 floor joists, fiber rock over 3/4" decking, upgraded R-30c floor insulation, and a custom laid high-end Armstrong flooring product. This unit was built to withstand the heavy traffic, harsh weather conditions, and to keep a constant floor temperature to allow young children to play on
the floor. Insulation was upgraded in the 2x6 exterior walls and in the roof. Large tempered glass windows and energy efficient sky lights were provided. The building came equipped with a washer/dryer and a kitchen area to warm food. Each classroom came equipped with child sized toilet facilities with half walls to allow for teachers to monitor students at all times. Each classroom also had 1/2 glass walls for parents and teachers to view their children and students.

Eagle Creek Modular consistently meets customer challenges and achieves desired results. Every project is professionally managed from the conceptual stage to completion providing quality, speed and cost savings
